Delivery Policy
Delivery is a flat fee based upon amount of your purchase and distance from Surry. If you are a Surry resident and need delivery, please select pick up option and message us or include it in the notes.
There are three options and please select the appropriate distance.
<30 miles delivery has a different flat rate than <60 miles. We do not deliver more than 60 miles away. If you live more than 60 miles from Surry, please message us with an appropriate meeting location.
Return & Exchange Policy
We do not offer refunds. We do allow exchanges. If something isn't to your expectations and standards, let us know and we will be happy to exchange it for you. If you ordered straight run and wish to replace a male with a female, you will exchange the unwanted male with a proven female of the same age (up to 16 weeks) for the cost difference for a female (normally $1 but may be more dependent upon breed).
With eggs for consumption, we will exchange with in three days if there is an issue.
