While we guarantee our hatching eggs to have a 100% fertility rate that is tested weekly, we cannot guarantee the hatch rate of eggs given the multiple variables that goes into hatching eggs out of our control. We only offer exchanges in the case of 0% development in the eggs. We do not offer refunds.
